Having been away off and on, we hadn't noticed the leak in our older house, from the porch area. While we were there, there was a heavy rain, and I noticed water was literally pouring through the wall of the foyer into the basement. I called Frontline the next morning, and within a couple of hours Dennis was there to inspect the situation. By the end of the afternoon, the repairs were completed and no more leaking. Their team did a great job, and the price was less than I had anticipated, even less than the initial estimate. These local tradesmen are top of the line, and I recommend them to everyone.

In May 2023 Craftmaster's installed a new roof on our house. About 3 weeks ago we found a leak, called Craftmaster's and they sent a repair crew to fix the leak. Afterwords we received a phone text message saying to leak was not a result of something they did and would not be interested in further actions. We still had leaks and since Craftmaster's wouldn't repair we sought Brandon with Frontline. Brandon was courteous, accurate and timely. Came when he said he would and found the leaks. We've had rain since the repairs and so far no problems. I'd recommend Brandon and Frontline

This was my first roof replacement. After researching different companies, reading their reviews, and talking with people I knew. I gave them a call based on a friend's recommendation, they had good reviews and were local. I need to add that in the past Ive been taken advantage of by other companies with interior remodeling jobs so my "Trust Meter" was 0. When Brandon Morris and his partner came to inspect my roof..I was leery at first...then quickly at ease as they were friendly, down to earth, soft spoken and I did not feel talked at or talked down to. Upon realizing they also replace gutter and decks, I opted in for an estimate on all three. They explained the process and answered all my questions thoroughly. I received my estimate a few days later with each job listed separately in case I didnt want to do all 3 at the same time. I was pleasantly surprised and thought the quote was very reasonable. We set a start date. I was kept informed of days, times and material deliveries. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They are a great group of people that work very well together. I will use them again. They offer many other services, and I highly recommend others to check them out.

We needed a metal roof replaced. Brandon promptly came to our house to evaluate the situation and gave us a detailed written estimate. We had a metal roof installed-Alex and everyone on his team was wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for a better experience. They literally worked from sun up to sundown and days later to make sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure our roof was protected during a rain storm. Their professionalism, workmanship, detail orientation with open communication regarding the job details was the best we have ever been part of. I had a couple of boots replaced around pipes on my roof at different times by different roofing companies who said my roof should be replaced immediately. Then I started noticing that the shingles were curling so I had a lot of anxiety about being able to afford a new roof.😩 My neighbor suggested I contact Brandon at Frontline Roofing in Shelbyville for his opinion. Am I glad I did! He said the shingles curling were nail pops that he could take care of by replacing the nails with screws and also put sealant where needed in what he called a roof tune-up. He also said I had a few more years before he’d suggest replacing it. 😊 I also had him replace the sealant around the front gable vent and repaint that. I came home from work and what a relief… I immediately saw that the shingles were nice and smooth. The gable vent (way too high for me to get to) was painted and caulked. There was no mess, no way of telling anyone had been here. I am so glad they were recommended to me for the roof but I also learned that they also do plumbing and electrical. I’ll give them 10 stars! and will keep their number handy for anything that comes up in the future…

Frontline Roofing & Home Services removed a couple of roof vent turbines that were making noise and covered those areas with new shingles, then they added better quality cap vents to improve the attic ventilation. The work looks great and matches current shingles perfectly. They gave me a price of adding gutter guards also, after I saw the low quote, I couldn’t pass up the chance to get them installed. Had a great experience with Brandon at Frontline Roofing. We had some wind damage to our siding and we wanted a roof inspection due to the windy season. I had Brandon, Travis and crew install fascia, soffit and gutters on a house that we just purchased that was badly in need of repair. They showed up when they said they would, gave us a fair price and completed the job perfectly. I was so impressed that I asked them to come back to remove many stumps and root balls around the house. They brought out an excavator and pulled them up and leveled everything back up nicely. I just found out that they do just about anything so I told Brandon I was going to have him on speed dial! Very pleased with their work, friendliness, prices and the way they clean up afterward. I highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Brandon Morris at Frontline Roofing & Home Services enough. During Derby Week—our busiest Airbnb season—we discovered a major roof leak in our Shelbyville, KY property.
